Snell & Wilmer Announces New Partners and Counsel

PHOENIX - Jan. 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce 13 attorneys have been elected to join the firm's partnership, effective March 1, 2023. In addition, six attorneys were promoted to the role of counsel, effective January 1, 2023.
Snell & Wilmer's newly elected partners are:
John W. Andrews, Natural Resources, Salt Lake City Andrews has over 30 years of practice experience in public lands, real estate, mineral, environmental, and energy law matters. Before joining Snell & Wilmer in 2018, he was chief legal counsel and associate director for Utah's state land management agency, where he provided legal representation and management for a 3.4-million-acre land portfolio. His current practice focuses on land and permitting issues associated with the ongoing energy transition, including utility scale hydrogen, solar, and wind projects; geologic carbon sequestration; lithium extraction; and development of low carbon cement products. Andrews continues to work with clients in traditional mining, oil & gas, ranching, and real estate development matters. He also works on complex land and mineral title and royalty issues, federal and state land exchanges, NEPA, tribal law, endangered species and wildlife, state legislative interaction, and other issues involving western lands. Jenna L. Bouchard, Commercial Finance, Phoenix Bouchard focuses her practice on commercial finance, helping financial institutions structure, document, negotiate, and smoothly close complex syndicated, club, and single lender credit facilities, including realestate secured, asset-based, and cash-flow secured credit facilities of all types. She has extensive experience in restaurant and other franchise finance transactions, as well as substantial experience in financing for middle-market firms, healthcare receivables, ESOP transactions, auto dealership floor plans and construction, commercial real estate, hotel acquisition and construction, homebuilding, residential condominium and townhome construction, multifamily residential properties, and golf courses.
