SOUTH JORDAN, Utah - Jan. 19, 2023 - PRLog -- Utah-based Stellar Senior Living announced today the acquisition of a 103-unit senior living community in South Jordan. Previously known as Anthology of South Jordan, the community will now operate as Copper Creek Senior Living.

Located at 10569 River Heights Drive in South Jordan, Utah, Copper Creek's continuum of care includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
