ASA to Offer Personal Property Principles of Valuation Courses Online

HERNDON, Va. - Jan. 24, 2023 - PRLog -- The four-course series covers fundamental content and theory and provides the baseline education required for personal property appraisers seeking ASA accreditation or for experienced appraisers looking to earn CE credit. The courses also provide information on the latest approaches and best practices for designated personal property appraisers interested in augmenting their valuation skills, or for compeer professionals wanting to acquire a solid, baseline education and/or are interested in expanding their knowledge and skills. All ASA-accredited members (AM, ASA, FASA) who would like to attend this class can receive a 50% discount.

The four-course series consists of:
PP201 – Introduction to Personal Property Valuation (August 1-3, 2023);
PP202 – Development of a Personal Property Appraisal: Research and Analysis (March 6-10, 2023 or August 8-10, 2023);
PP203 – Communication of a Personal Property Appraisal: Report Writing (April 17-21, 2023 or August 15-17, 2023); and
PP204 – Personal Property Valuation: The Legal and Commercial Environments (June 19-23, 2023 or August 22-24, 2023).

The online courses will be presented via Zoom and taught by a live instructor. Students meet virtually with instructors, engage in discussions and group exercises as needed.
