Engel & Völkers Undergoes Merger in Melbourne

MELBOURNE, Fla. - Jan. 31, 2023 - PRLog -- Engel & Völkers Florida today announced the merger of its franchisees Marcie Bolt and Ryan Fischer's entities. By joining forces as Engel & Völkers Melbourne, the pair creates a unified presence in Brevard County to grow their overall market share.

Bolt converted her previous brokerage, Tropic Coast Realty, by joining forces with the global real estate franchisor in 2018; it was renamed Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central. She expanded her presence in 2020 with another location called Engel & Völkers Melbourne Beachside. Her real estate experience spans more than 18 years; in which time she has represented over 1,000 transactions, totaling more than $250,000,000. Prior, she had a successful career in the food and beverage industry as the owner of a local restaurant.

"Since converting my unaffiliated brokerage to Engel & Völkers, we have been able to double our average price point," said Bolt. "The company has grown a lot over the past four years, but the best is yet to come. We are prepared to recruit and onboard an additional 20 top-producing real estate advisors."

Engel & Völkers Melbourne Downtown will reopen at a new location somewhere in the heart of Downtown Melbourne in 2023; a grand reopening event is forthcoming. Fischer acquired Engel & Völkers Melbourne Downtown from former owner, Garat Oates in 2019. Bolt will continue to operate her other two locations with the new DBA as well.
