City Barbeque Poplar Level will start smoking at 4027 Poplar Level Road on Monday, February 6. Like all City Barbeque restaurants, the Poplar Level joint will smoke all meats on-site and serve all the classic homemade sides and indulgent desserts the brand's fans have come to know and love.

The joint will provide another convenient way to get Louisville's best barbeque with its drive-thru lane, in addition to offering dine-in, carryout, curbside pickup, and delivery.
