Job hunting made simple. The new way to jobhunt

LONDON - Feb. 8, 2023 - PRLog -- An estimated 50,000 job boards are available to access online when you start to hunt for a job. All have very similar interfaces, roughly the same application process and most miss the mark on the important stuff. Despite the shortcomings like the list below they are a necessary and popular first step in finding work;

Jobhunt is a new job board service that aims to tackle all these problems head on. Developed by recruiters with over 20 years in the business our aim is simple, to improve the candidate experience and make the process of job hunting more accessible and more successful.

Job boards have lacked any real innovation now for the last 20 years. The reason is simple, employment is eventually a person to person activity. Automation tools and data aggregation can work however we've noticed most of the people innovating in the job advertisement space are far removed from the coal face of finding people new jobs.

We aim to improve the quality of the process from both ends. Firstly we'll make sure we only post jobs that meet a high specification when it comes to what the candidates are looking for. In addition the information going back to the employers needs to be on point for the role advertised.

Through a series of in-depth guides we'll make clear what both parties need and how both can make sure that the relevance is high. Cutting down on the application time for the candidates and the review time for the employers is a key driver for our service development.
