The CIO ORBIE Awards have recognized leadership, innovation and excellence in technology executives for over 20 years. The Dallas CIO ORBIE® Awards specifically honors chief information officers and chief information security officers of North Texas organizations who have demonstrated excellence in technology leadership.

Rashmi began her career with Careington in 1999 and was promoted to CIO in 2019. Her innovative IT mindset has contributed to the companies' strategic direction to further expand the scope of services available to clients and customers across the nation.

Rashmi was nominated for this prestigious award by Abby Taylor, Vice President of Sales at digital innovation industry leader Qentelli.
