Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful Earns a "High Five" from Fanbase for Best of Gwinnett

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Feb. 14, 2023 - PRLog -- For the fifth year in a row,  Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful (GC&B) has been honored as Best of Gwinnett in the Charitable Organization category. Chosen by a combination of readers' votes and editors' input, the nationally recognized Keep America Beautiful affiliate represented the only environmentally focused nonprofit on the list of local charities. Since its launch in 1980, Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful has endeavored to build a following among local students, county residents, corporations, municipalities, civic organizations, and a volunteer network that's 100,000 Gwinnettians strong to aid in its environmental stewardship efforts throughout the county. The organization regularly engages citizens to reduce, reuse, and recycle; protect watersheds; pursue sustainable practices at home, school, and work; and clean, restore, and beautify public places.

While not a scientific market research study, the award program vets readers' opinions and tens of thousands of votes through several ranking sites, Better Business Bureau complaint reports, and voting pattern analysis reports before those receiving the most votes are deemed "Best of Gwinnett."

With a purpose of Connecting People and Resources for a Sustainable Gwinnett, Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful and its expansive community-based support system remain dedicated to finding long-term solutions to environmental and quality-of-life issues through individual action. The organization is guided by a Citizens Advisory Board that represents all sectors of the Gwinnett County community.
