Cadeco Industries leases industrial warehouse on 10.53 acres in Houston, Texas

HOUSTON - Feb. 15, 2023 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce the lease of a 258,450 square-foot warehouse on 10.53 acres located at 1211 Kress Street in Houston, Texas. The landlord, Merfish Realty, was represented by Beau Kaleel of Cushman & Wakefield. Zack Taylor of Colliers represented the tenant, Cadeco Industries, in the transaction.

The property is conveniently located half a mile from Interstate 10, 4.7 miles from the Port of Houston, four miles from Loop 610, and 20 miles from the Houston Container Terminals.

Cadeco Industries provides raw coffee processing services. It offers bulk loading and unloading, steaming, packaging, and weighing services. Cadeco has over three generations of coffee experience with operations in Mexico, Spain, and the United States. The company was started in Spain in the 1920s and later expanded into Mexico and the United States. The company chose Houston for its' geographic location, which has proven to be one of its best assets.
