Jerry Burson, PA Receives Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) Designation

SARASOTA, Fla. - Feb. 20, 2023 - PRLog -- Jerry Burson, PA Licensed Real Estate Consultant and Co-Owner of Burson Home Advisors at eXp Realty recently completed The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) training, earning him the CLHMS Designation.

To earn the CLHMS designation, agents must demonstrate their knowledge of the luxury residential market and complete a rigorous training program that includes sessions on topics such as international buyers, pricing strategies, and wealth psychology. In addition, agents must successfully complete a Transaction in a Million Dollar Plus Home to qualify. By over-qualifying and completing this specialized training, Burson is armed with the knowledge, skills, and expertise required to support the unique needs of affluent buyers and sellers of high-end properties.
