New Website Features Cuyahoga Valley National Park PhotosMichael Murray Photography's new website highlights photos of Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) that spans more than 30,000 acres between Cleveland and Akron, Ohio.
Visit the website here: https://www.cuyahogavalleynationalparkphotos.com The photos represent key aspects of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, including waterfalls, animals, flowers, creeks, the Cuyahoga River, Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, bridges, the Towpath Trail (Ohio & Erie Canalway) and much more. "I'll continue to share photos on social media platforms like Facebook groups and Instagram. But I wanted to create an additional Internet home to highlight different parts of CVNP," said Michael Murray who owns Michael Murray Photography. "I shot here and there after a college class in 1983, but my interest in photography soared in 2020. Most of my favorite photos are from Cuyahoga Valley National Park, whether it's a valley sunrise at the Ohio Turnpike or a heron looking for its next meal at Kendall Lake." The website will expand over time to feature some other nature photos from Ohio. But the focus will always remain on CVNP. "I love offering fresh perspectives on familiar spots," Michael said. "I also know that some people can't go where I can because of their age or health issues. Hopefully, my photos will bring them some extra joy." The website has a growing collection of resources, including agencies and groups that care for the park. In the near future, a directory will be added to call extra attention to the people and places that continue to provide invaluable support CVNP. A courtesy page will be created for each organization and business that wants to detail what they do or sell. "I want to recognize other area photographers, cycling groups, hiking clubs, art galleries, restaurants and many others," Michael said. "We all appreciate the beauty that's all around us." End
