ACI's 10th Forum on Cosmetics & Personal Care Products will focus on MoCRA

NEW YORK - Feb. 23, 2023 - PRLog -- American Conference Institute's 10^th Anniversary Cosmetics & Personal Care Products Forum will focus on the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022," (MoCRA).  MoCRA which was part of The Consolidated Appropriations Act for 2023 gave the FDA greater authority to regulate the cosmetics industry. This long-awaited law creates new requirements for manufacturers in terms of product safety, ingredients, labelling, and registration.

Sharon Blinkoff, Counsel at Locke Lord LLP, and Rohini Gokhale, Global Marketing Counsel, Estee Lauder Companies, will be co-chairing  this year's event which will take place on March 28-29, 2023, in New York City.
