The residential property management division of Thalhimer is one of the leading multifamily management firms in the region and an essential part of our company's diverse business lines. It is the largest operating group under the Thalhimer umbrella, with 200+ associates and management of over 9,100 multifamily units in 66 communities throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
