ASI Releases 2023 Membership Performance Benchmark Report & Will Host March 9 Webcast to Explore Findings

The 8th annual survey, conducted in late 2022, examines membership trends, including recruiting, retention, and engagement, as well as viewpoints on future sustainability and planned technology investments.

More than 120 membership professionals from the United States, Canada, EMEIA, and Asia-Pacific participated in the survey; key findings included:

• 47% increased overall membership levels
• 34% increased engagement
• 51% brought in more new members this year
• Increasing member engagement is the number 1 goal for the coming year

This year, the participants were asked to share their age range to determine if attitudes on priorities and challenges differ between generations; the report's Executive Perspectives section reveals numerous distinctions between Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials.
