ATLANTA - March 6, 2023 - PRLog -- The DEI P.A.C.E. (Partnership, Action, Commitment, and Education) program was created by I Follow the Leader to empower organizations to drive positive change through concrete actions that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Owner Melissa D Fortune, a product of a mixed race union says, "I've literally lived what we now call "DEI" my entire life; I was born into this pledge. Thus it never occurred to me to put it in writing what I spent my entire life living, but as "DEI" becomes at times now, more and more weaponized I felt the need to formalize our stanch.".

By taking the Pledge for Change Agents, Coh3sion! commits to:

• Partnering with other DEI experts to develop and implement policies and practices that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Taking meaningful action to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and the broader community
• Making a long-term commitment to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing training, education, and evaluation of our policies and practices
