Founded in 2020 as an international service organization, Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. (ΗΡΣ) is a non-collegiate business sorority of women founders and professionals that was established by two African-American college-education women and business owners.

Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. aims to support and empower BIPOC women in business by providing resources for personal and professional growth, networking, and community engagement.
