VSA Prospecting Enjoys 75% Revenue Increase in 2022; Eyes New Growth Opportunities in 2023New initiatives helped lead generation and appointment-setting firm VSA Prospecting enjoy record-setting growth last year, and the company is well-positioned to continue that success throughout 2023.
By: VSA Prospecting Since founding VSA in 2001, CEO Valerie Schlitt has always looked for ways to help the lead generation and appointment- "It takes a little bit of craziness. I have a hard time slowing down," she says with a laugh. "But you can't count on things to stay the same. Nothing is ever stable, and if we're not constantly trying our best at everything, you risk getting left behind. What makes me proud is that we have so many like-minded people throughout the company who also aren't satisfied with the status quo." Much of VSA's success in 2022 can be attributed to the growth of that particular division. Even as COVID-19 contact tracing programs wane throughout the country, VSA's recent work with universities and municipalities has led to a greater understanding of those markets and new opportunities for partnerships. "We're now positioned to understand the needs of the university market and municipality market in ways we likely never would have had we not partnered with them on contact tracing," Ms. Schlitt says. "Already, we're looking for ways to support their future needs. The platform we developed last year to streamline disease case investigation has so many other potential uses. It really shows our ability to be nimble and forge new roads." Ms. Schlitt credits the VSA employees for their willingness to adapt to these new opportunities. "It's taken an incredible amount of focus and diligence and work and hours of people pulling together and taking on roles they normally wouldn't have taken on," she says. The work with universities and municipalities has also led VSA to respond to more Request for Proposals (RFPs), which has opened the door to other potential opportunities. Other factors contributing to VSA's recent growth include:
