Families will be able to enjoy a wide range of activities including regularly scheduled easter egg hunts for kids 12 and under, hayrides, a bouncy house, a petting zoo, bonfires with s'mores, professional photo shoots with the Easter Bunny, and face painting. While the Market will not reopen fully until Saturday, May 6, visitors will be able to buy 32 flavors of Lopez Island Creamery ice cream and enjoy hot and cold drinks from the Coffee Bar. "We are so happy to bring Easter festivities to our community and visitors from further afield," said Shannon Hamilton, owner of Whidbey Farm and Market. "This celebration is the first of many exciting things planned at the Market this year as we continue to work to make the Market a fun destination on Whidbey Island." She said the Market team is looking forward to welcoming the community back to the Market after being closed for the winter season. Tickets are available online.
