NORWALK, Conn. - March 30, 2023 - PRLog -- Teel Technologies, the developers of the xBit Digital Case Management software released version 3.6 of the popular tool today, bringing new capabilities to more easily interface with government systems for uploading stats and data. Saving examiners hours of required information submission time, examiners can now configure their xBit system to output the necessary file for upload.

"Our intent with xBit from the start was to create a tool that saved examiners and laboratories time and headache, while improving oversight and efficiencies in the lab. Version 3.6 is a big step forward in continuing to pursue that goal for our customers around the world," said Julia Formichella, xBit Director. "With additional flexible configurations for interface and stats building, we continue to deliver a solution that, at its core, improves the digital evidence process and record keeping for both accredited and non-accredited labs," Formichella continued.

xBit is a FedRamp ready cloud or on-premises solution that enables digital forensic labs to manage their digital evidence exhibits and processing, as well as resource management. With flexible configurations to model unique agency lab forms, xBit serves as the foundational first step in the data evidence intake, while improving processing time and tracking.

"We learned quickly that for the product to succeed we needed to conform to the workflow a of the agencies, not the other way around. And everybody does it differently," Bill Teel, founder of Teel Technologies commented. "We've built xBit as an adaptive tool for the lab to both model their processes while improving them," Teel continued.

As the leading solution comprehensive, digital evidence case management to law enforcement and digital labs today, xBit is U.S. based and offers flexible licensing options for customers around the world.
