CC's on Central Celebrates its Grand Opening Celebration on April 7

PHOENIX - April 2, 2023 - PRLog -- The all-new CC's on Central (formerly the Edgemont) will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, April 7, 2023 with 15% off breakfast and lunch from 9 am-5 pm and its Grand Opening Celebration from 5 pm -8 pm. This new Midtown cafe located at 2800 N Central Ave brings southern creole comfort food to the heart of Phoenix!

CC's on Central (http://www.ccsoncentral.com), short for Cunningham Café, is the culmination of 20+ years of love, culinary experience, and a family's passion for creating hospitable experiences over food! The restaurant opened its doors early January 2023 and serves breakfast all day, a selection of lunch items as well as a full bar. The centralized location will also provide private event space as well as on-site and off-site catering options.

Founded by mother-son duo Sharon Cunningham and Devan Cunningham, they have created this cafe that feels like HOME for its customers featuring their family's Louisiana recipes! Chef Devan Cunningham has worked for nearly a decade in the Phoenix restaurant scene, working under notable chefs like Chef Stephen Jones, working with celebrity clientele, providing popup menus at  Highball, and as the owner of The Good Food Table which brings in-home dining, popup and catering experiences to its clientele across the country. Sharon Cunningham began working in the restaurant industry in the early 2000s, most notably known for her most recent venture Sharon's Creole Kitchen in Murrietta, California. Together, their aim is to create classic dishes with a modern twist, sourcing fresh vegetables, custom creole seasoning blends, and authentic southern meats.

The CC's on Central Grand Opening Celebration is an all-day event featuring food specials during its breakfast and lunch hours from 9 am to 5 pm. The Grand Opening Party, taking place during the monthly First Friday Walk, will bring together:

• $20 ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT Crawfish Boil (until it's all gone!)
• Music by a special guest DJ
• Drink specials
• Giveaways

All members of the community, including media and influencers, are welcome to dine in during the day and join the event taking place from 5 pm to 8 pm. Following the grand opening, CC's will introduce its full menu on Monday, April 10th featuring classic southern and creole dishes such as shrimp and grits, etouffee, and so much more!
