Indar Lange closes on 200th investment property in Hawaii

HONOLULU - April 4, 2023 - PRLog -- Indar Lange, founder and CEO of real estate investment company White Sand Capital, has recently closed 200 investment property deals, as of March of 2023. The recent accomplishment of 200 properties closed comes after Lange hosted a Mastermind event mid-February in Waikiki, Honolulu area, featuring panelists of real estate investors from the mainland and Hawaii. Following off the heels of his event in Waikiki, Lange appeared as a guest speaker on Think Tank Hawaii's podcast, Think Tank News. Lange is launching a real estate investing educational course this summer to help educate how people can invest while still making their money work for them, in a tier 1 market like Hawaii.
