Celebrating 24 years of community service, the "Uplifting Minds II" Entertainment Conference starts with a panel discussion, then its Professional Talent Showcase will have performances by Black Music Award winning Jazz vocalist/trumpeter Vincent Gross (G-Sharp Records) from Baltimore and Country/Rock vocalist/guitarist Jay P from New Jersey, and it ends with the National Talent Competition and a special performance by 2022 ULMII dance winner Tiarah Williams (Washington, DC) who won a scholarship at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy.
