Words Under Fire - The Danger Of A Single Story

DENVER - April 15, 2023 - PRLog -- Denver, CO, 4/15/23 — The directors of Foretell Films, Tyler Freeman and Brittain Noel, are working on a new documentary titled Words Under Fire.

Tyler's experience in film spans over six years, including various web series, and he has received multiple directing awards. Categories have included cooking, jewelry, music, tech, and travel. Clients include Rocket Mortgage, Parade, JTV, and Netflix.

Brittain has worked in production for the last 10 years with companies including HBO, DirecTv, Comedy Central, Viacom, and more. After directing scripted, commercial, travel, lifestyle, and food content, her love for documentary storytelling was firmly rooted while filming projects in Tibet and Cambodia between 2017-2019 and is now her primary focus.

"Kids deserve books that make them feel seen and heard." Brittain continues, "Equal representation really hits home [for me] because I'm half Asian. Growing up, I didn't realize I wasn't represented because it's one of those things that you don't notice until you see it, and then you go…this feels so incredible; where has this been?"

The documentary Words Under Fire is in the pre-production phase, and we have decided to raise the money using the crowdfunding website Kickstarter. Crowdfunding has helped raise funds for everything from new, innovative products to board games, book publishing, music, and films.
