The European consortium consists of the project coordinator Studio Risorse, the innovative SME iInformatica from Basilicata, Ison Psychometrica, Innetica, Academia Formação do Norte, and the German partner VHS. Maria Santarcangelo, project manager at Studio Risorse S.r.l., said: "InterClab is an important project to promote the integration of migrants in the world of work. The training curriculum on intercultural and socio-emotional competences for employers of migrants is a tool to achieve this goal and to promote a more inclusive and supportive society". The meeting also saw the planning of the implementation of the tailor-made non-conventional e-learning platform and related workshops for the development of critical competences of migrants, carried out by the innovative SME iInformatica, in cooperation with the project partners. This platform will allow the acquisition of competences through game-based learning, thanks to the presence of different interactive multimedia tools. In addition, the integration of artificial intelligence modules will make it possible to provide users with an always-active humanoid chatbot, able to support them in the use of the platform and the functioning of the contents. "The use of digital and innovative tools can make a difference in promoting the integration of migrants into the world of work. The InterClab project focuses on this aspect, providing stakeholders with the necessary tools to create effective inclusion practices," said Ph.D. Diego Sinitò, Head of Information Systems at iInformatica s.r.l.
