Proactively Managing Your Professional Development

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - April 23, 2023 - PRLog -- Daytona State College graciously hosted our panel on the "Proactively Managing Your Professional Development" discussion. Hosting such an event on a college campus only added more value to the discussion, as early careerists asked questions to gather insight from leading healthcare professionals. Dr. Laura Neal, Shannon Elswick, and Donna Wagner have diverse backgrounds in the industry and how early navigation can only benefit your future self. The types of questions asked resembled: How they progressed in their careers, their legacies, and the paths taken to reach where they have today.

Combining academic and professional experiences is difficult for early careerists and professionals at distinct stages of their careers. Often, we are less lucky to have such an esteemed panel for a discussion geared to the betterment of our professional selves.
