PHILADELPHIA - April 25, 2023 - PRLog -- Steve Van Valin, a published author and Senior Vice President of Culture Transformation at Senscient Global, will speak on Thursday, May 4 at The Judge Group, located at 151 S. Warner Road, Suite 100 in Wayne, PA.

His message will focus on how to develop a healthy, engaged culture in the workplace as the ultimate competitive advantage. His goal is to spark insights and inspire action through an upbeat, positive, and creative style.

"It's all about helping people get to their own best thinking as leaders to engage and inspire great work," said Van Valin. He authored "The Search for Meaning at Work, Unleashing the Hidden Power of Purpose to Engage Your Workforce," which offers readers a path to purpose and meaning at work to engage and support employees at every level. Prior to joining Senscient, Van Valin founded Culturology where he worked with business leaders to shape high-performance cultures through remarkable leadership. It was acquired by Senscient in 2022.  Van Valin led Culture and Brand Development at the multi-media shopping giant QVC for 14 years.

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) in-person event will run from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday May 4, 2023 and will be hosted by The Judge Group, a regional staffing agency.
