Admiral Packaging Installs a New Coater Laminator

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - May 1, 2023 - PRLog -- A fourth generation, privately owned and operated, manufacturer of flexible packaging, Admiral Packaging, Inc. is proud to announce the installation and commissioning of a new coater laminator.  This investment marks Admiral's fifth consecutive year of major capital projects to support growth and provide the latest technology in printing and converting for flexible packaging.  The new coater laminator expands lamination capacity and introduces new coating capabilities such as functional coatings, varnishes, and other specialty coatings.  The addition of a second laminator strengthens Admiral's ability to support customers with unexpected demand or surges as well as new product launches.

Admiral has made several notable capital investments in their business since 2019.  In addition to the installation of the new coater laminator, Admiral has completed the installation of a new laminator, a new ten color flexographic press, a duplex slitter, digital plate making and plate wash-out technology, three pouch machines, and three wicket bag machines.
