MOORESVILLE, N.C. - May 14, 2023 - PRLog -- We're back at the Mack!  The Lake Norman Philharmonic is excited to return to the Charles Mack Citizen Center to launch the summer season.

A highlight of Mooresville's arts scene, the LKN Philharmonic has entertained audiences with its exciting and eclectic programs at the Mooresville Performing Arts Center, Liberty Park, and the Charles Mack Citizen Center, just to name a few.

Conducted by Maestro Eduardo Cedeño, this concert will feature some very special ensemble performances. You'll enjoy the Brandenburg Sinfonia, the first movement of the Concerto for Two Trumpets by Vivaldi, as well as Vivaldi's Viola and Cello Concerto -1st. Movement.  It will be a treat to hear one of our favorite vocalists who will perform What a Wonderful World.

Maestro Cedeño will continue the program to include more contemporary music selections - from Big Bands to show tunes. You'll enjoy selections such as Gershwin by George, and you can tap your feet to Danzas Cubanas, just to name a couple.  Rumor has it that there might be some surprises, just in time for Father's Day!

Seating is in the large banquet hall; doors open at 3:50 P.M.  Free parking is located in the back of the Charles Mack Citizen Center.  The facility is handicap accessible and has elevators; special accommodation is available.
