Follow on Google News | Guidance to Death releases TODAY!Daniel V. Meier is a retired Aviation Safety Inspector for the FAA and knows the world of air traffic control. He will take you on a realistic behind-the-scenes adventure into the world of air travel.
By: BQB Publishing It was a perfect night for sabotage; all he had to do was to disable the guidance system and no one would suspect him. No one would even think it was murder. Amertec Electronics company jet carrying the Senior VP and soon to be CEO mysteriously crashes shortly after taking off from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. It was a cold, rainy day with low visibility. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) says it was an accident. The victim's wife says it was murder. Frank Adams, retiree from the NTSB, now independent aviation accident investigator, has been hired to find out. Mounting evidence and an additional murder of a former Amertec employee convinces Adams that there was indeed foul play. As the investigation continues, evidence indicates what seems to be disparate events that are linked, revealing a crime of international dimensions. Accustomed to working independently, Adams is forced to call on the help of an old girlfriend and a retired DC cop. But unraveling the truth could cost him his life as well as those of his friends. About The Author: A retired Aviation Safety Inspector for the FAA, Daniel V. Meier, Jr. has always had a passion for writing. During his college years, he studied American Literature at The University of Maryland Graduate School and in 1980 was published by Leisure Books under the pen name of Vince Daniels. He worked briefly for the Washington Business Journal as a journalist and has been a contributing writer/editor for several aviation magazines. Dan and his wife live in Owings, Maryland, and when he's not writing, they spend their summers sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. Advanced Praise: ". . . Author Meier employs enough technical terminology to keep the pillars of his plot credible without drowning the reader in a sea of aeronautical and avionics jargon. He skillfully melds intricacies of flight, internecine corporate skullduggery, and good old-fashioned pulse-pounding action into a satisfying stew of suspense. The pace is swift, the characters are crafty, and the read is rewarding for those who like stories seasoned with plausibility. He even finds a way to make one car following another a bit of a Hitchcockian drama on the printed page." −US Review of Books For more information, head to: https://bqbpublishing.com/ End
