New Everything DiSC Workplace Training

Who is this course for?

Everything DiSC Workplace is applicable to anyone, in any role, at any level in an organisation who would like to learn more about how their natural behavioural tendencies may impact the relationships they have in the workplace.

What will you learn?

During the course you will learn:

• How your own DiSC style influences the way you approach situations with others in the workplace
• Your responses to other DiSC styles and how these may impact your relationships
• Ways to flex and adapt your style to create better, stronger and more effective working relationships

What is the format of the programme?

Approximately one week before the course start date you will receive an invitation to take a  short online assessment, taking 10-15 minutes, after which you will instantly receive your personalised Everything DiSC Workplace report. The insight that this contains will form the foundation for your learning.

Before attending you will be asked to familiarise yourself with your report and complete a small amount of preparation (taking approximately 10 minutes of your time).

The live, facilitator-led, course will be delivered over Zoom. It will be a lively mix of conversation and activities providing practical ways to understand and apply your learning. The session is three hours long, including a short break.

About the trainer

Gary Blissett is the founder and owner of DISCGB - An Authorised Partner and Certified Practitioner for Everything DiSC based in the UK.
