New Children's Book By Local Business Owners & Therapists Helps Children Struggling With Mealtime

The book was written by two speech pathologists as a tool to help their patients and families with various feeding-related issues. Based on their combined 35 years of experience, authors Taylor Thomas and Andrea Scida created a new and fun way to help their young patients explore how to eat. Taylor shares, "We noticed a lack of books about feeding challenges, and we wanted to teach eating in a kid-friendly and relatable way." Andrea adds, "Over the years, we realized there are no children's books that support what we actually teach during therapy sessions.
