REALTOR Drew Streett named Garden City Realty's May Agent of the Month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - June 14, 2023 - PRLog -- Garden City Realty has announced that Drew Streett is May's Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent.

With more than 9.5 million sales year-to-date, Streett Property Consultants currently ranks within the top four percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market; of that total, Streett has nearly 8 million in sales.

Streett has been with GCR since 2001 and has held many state and local REALTOR® association leadership positions. He served as the 2019 South Carolina REALTORS® (SCR) President and is the 2020 SCR REALTOR® of the Year. In addition, he is the 2022 recipient of SCR's Distinguished Service Award, a program that recognizes REALTOR® members and Executive Officers who have made outstanding and ongoing voluntary commitments to SCR. This year, he was awarded the REALTOR® Advocate Award from SCR, given annually to a REALTOR® member who demonstrates consistent effort and unwavering commitment as an advocate for the real estate industry.

Some of Streett's roles at CCAR include 2009 president, 2010 REALTOR® of the Year, and past chairman of the Legislative Committee. Likewise, some of his REALTOR® service at SCR consists of the 2011-2012 regional vice president, parliamentarian of the Executive Committee, and past graduate of SCR's LeadershipSCR program. He also holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

Streett is a Garden City Realty Gold Club Member, recognized for his outstanding 2022 MLS ranking within the top 15% of total MLS sales volume. Likewise, he is the 2022 Top Luxury Portfolio Listing Agent of the Year. He also received the Paramount Achievement Award for having more than $100 Million in sales volume as of 2018 and Paramount Achievement Award for having more than $150 Million in Sales as of 2022.

He is a past recipient of the REALTOR® Image Award and the Guy Kates Rotarian of the Year award. He has also received numerous GCR awards, including Top Producer, Listing Agent of the Year, and Selling Agent of the Year.
