Harvard Pilgrim Data Breach: Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims

Harvard Pilgrim determined that the personal data of at least 2,550,922 individuals was copied and taken from its Harvard Pilgrim systems between March 28, 2023, to April 17, 2023. The personal information stolen in the data breach, includes:

• Social Security numbers
• Dates of birth
• Addresses
• Phone numbers
• Medical information
• Health insurance information
