Derby's Highly Anticipated First Build-To-Rent Development Reveals Summer 2023 Launch Date

Complete with tree planting and greenery, the external rooftop provides residents with a space to celebrate the great outdoors – enjoy a picnic or read a book in the sunshine, whilst bringing nature into the heart of the development.

In addition, residents enjoy a gym, high speed broadband, dedicated onsite resident services team, secure car parking and bike store, and electric car charging points – all included within the rent.
