SINOYQX YQX-80 is an etherified melamine formaldehyde resin, providing long-lasting wrinkle resistance, shrinkage resistance and hydrophobicity for cellulosic fibers and long-lasting shape and solidity for synthetic fibers such as polyamines and polyesters. It is one of the best performing and most versatile textile resins available and has been widely and commonly used in the textile industry for applications such as flocking, silk fabrics, nonwovens, wedding fabrics, luggage fabrics, lining fabrics, mesh fabrics, tent fabrics, coated fabrics, lace fabrics, etc.

Method of use

ü Fabric conditions:

The fabric must be clean and must not contain any acid, alkali, salt or other substances sufficient to hinder resin penetration, normal processing and trough stability.

ü Tank preparation:

There are no special precautions or techniques for the preparation of the tank, as the quality is room temperature and can be used in any proportion in water. The choice of catalyst depends on the equipment and treatment method of the heat treatment; 3, the catalyst: catalyst YT-01, YT-02, YT-03, etc.
