Beloved Bellingham Restaurant seeking successor

BELLINGHAM, Wash. - June 21, 2023 - PRLog -- Magdalena Theisen has announced via social media that her restaurant is for sale. The European style bistro and crêperie was created in Fairhaven 14 years ago and has built a very loyal following. Trained in Brittany France and her native Poland, Magdalena specializes in authentic French crêpes, Polish dumplings, and eastern European soups and sandwiches. The restaurant has a nice European wine collection, serves local beer, and Stumptown Coffee. It's been a breakfast and lunch restaurant from the outset, however the restaurant has been open for holiday dinners, and for cooking classes.

The restaurant at 1200 10^th St, Ste 103, is located in Bellingham's charming historic Fairhaven business district, serving a loyal local customer base, visitors from Portland to Vancouver, BC and seasonal worldwide tourist traffic.

"Ideally, I could train someone to follow in my footsteps", Theisen says, "but we've built a customer base here that can support someone else's vision as well".

Asking price for the fully outfitted restaurant is $150,000.
