4.     Partner Boat Pose (Navasana): Sit facing each other with your knees bent, feet flat on the ground. Hold each other's forearms and lean back, lifting your feet off the ground. Find balance and engage your core muscles. This pose strengthens the core and requires communication and synchronization between partners.

5.     Partner Child's Pose: Sit back on your heels facing each other. Lean forward and rest your foreheads on each other's backs, extending your arms forward. This pose promotes relaxation and provides a comforting connection between partners.
