From a heartfelt letter to a powerful partnership: uniting for Whitman's Warrior Project

It all began with a heartfelt letter, a humble request for a small donation to support a worthy cause. Little did I know that this simple act of kindness would evolve into a remarkable partnership aimed at raising awareness and funds for Whitman's Warrior Project.

Upon receiving a handwritten letter and heartfelt photos from the founder and the incredible women behind WOOF, I was instantly captivated by their organization and the work they were doing. Without hesitation, I decided to donate. In the following weeks and months, the ladies of WOOF continued to keep in touch, sending me photos of Whitman and the dogs they were training.

As someone with a deep affection for rescue dogs, my own precious companion Sage, who was rescued, inspired me to launch Simply Sage Dog Treats. This cause holds a special place in my heart. I had a strong desire to find a consistent way to give back to both Patriots Service Dogs and WOOF. So, I approached them with a proposal to collaborate on an exclusive grooming product that would serve as a vehicle to promote Whitman's Warrior Project. To my delight, Julie and her team responded positively to my idea. It turned out that Whitman, a true advocate of our paw balms, became the inspiration for a unique creation.
