Attorney Jared Craig is a former prosecutor, attorney for the political action committee Legacy PAC and attorney for Veterans for America First. The lawsuit alleges Embezzlement, Defamation, Fraudulent Misrepresentation, and other claims. Jared Craig breaks down the relief sought as $2k embezzlement, $30K fraud, $250K defamation, punitive damages at 1,410,000.00.

The lawsuit alleges that Wong ,who was a pay to play media commentator (not a salaried reporter) , appeared on conservative talk shows acting as a journalist through media booker Joshua Delano of Delanoye Strategies LLC. Wong is alleged to to have used her business relationship, as a customer of Real America's voice network, as a talking point to further the scheme. In one theft by deception Wong padded a contract for her personal gain and in another attempted fraud deceived both parties in a proposed deal with RAV. Evidence consists of a damming legally recorded call , unsigned contracts , Wong's own written communications and third party eye witnesses.
