Many call this a political action.

The cost of an electric Transit bus (+/-$400k) +/- 70% greater than a similar diesel Transit bus. Politicians and Transit Managers fail to recognize the amount of Carbon Dioxide/Greenhouse Gases released to create a lithium battery for electric vehicles. Most are not aware that electric vehicles may not operate or are limited by high heat (+90ºf) or cold weather (-40ºf). Electric vehicles efficiency and performance may be substantially reduced due to the elements.

Many cities utilizing Federal Tax dollars have committed to going electric, how long will that take; 10, 20 years or longer? Can we afford to wait? There are other proven opportunities available, political and fleet leaders except for a few refuse to listen.
