In fact, the Hanover shop at 2053 Washington Street has the distinction of being among the top five revenue-producing Crumbl Cookies franchises in the nation, thanks in part to its highly visible location on the equally highly trafficked Route 53.

Ellis Realty Advisors has also assisted this franchisee with site selection for four additional Massachusetts-based Crumbl Cookies stores, ensuring the optimal sites for visibility and customer accessibility. New stores are open or opening soon in Plymouth, Dedham, Wareham, and Hyannis.

Since opening in 2017, Crumbl Cookies, co-founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley, has expanded to over 600 bakeries in 47 states nationwide, making it the fastest-growing cookie company in the U.S.
