DCOTA Names Rebecca L. Miller as Director of Design Services

DANIA BEACH, Fla. - July 11, 2023 - PRLog -- (Dania Beach, FL – July 10, 2023) The Design Center of the Americas welcomes Rebecca L. Miller as DCOTA's new Director of Design Services, bringing 30+ years of wide-ranging experience in interior design, high-end retail sales, customer service, logistics, showroom management, and business development.

Since 2006, she has been the owner/president and designer for Rebecca Miller Interiors in Fort Lauderdale, where she specialized in residential and luxury yachts and served as liaison between clients and general contractors, architects, and builders. Previously she worked as showroom manager/design consultant for Retro Interiors, store manager of ABC Carpet and Home, regional visual director for Modernage Furniture, U.S. Regional Manager for three individual Italian fashion designers, and merchandiser for Mondi International in Palm Beach.

In her new position, Miller will manage DCOTA's design referral and buying program that connects potential clients with the perfect designer; work directly with onsite showrooms to maximize sales; collaborate with the in-house marketing team to organize and promote special events to attract design professionals and enthusiasts; provide a cohesive, elevated level of service for all clients, designers, and guests; and serve as personal liaison between DCOTA and South Florida's professional design community.
