FY 2024 ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Code Updates

BEDFORD, Mass. - July 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Important changes to the ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes and guidelines for FY 2024 become effective October 1, 2023. Libman Education's code update training is available now – well ahead of the effective date – for teams and individuals to proactively prepare for the changes.

Understanding and implementing the code updates is a team effort.  Coders need time to learn the changes, what they mean and how to apply them.  Coding leaders have the added responsibility of preparing the entire health care team for the changes in data collection and documentation requirements based on changes to the code set.
