• Average Days on Market: The surge of new inventory is a struggle all across the nation. This hasn't helped with the increase in demand from buyers but the cautious nature of sellers. Comparing the Altos Data on the average days on market in the Teton County region, in 2019 it was between 170-185 on a 7-day average scale and in 2023, it surprisingly fluctuates between 100-180, with the unpredictable market we have seen the first half of this year.
