bisco industries Inducts William Means and Henry Madden into Hall of Fame

ANAHEIM, Calif. - July 18, 2023 - PRLog -- bisco industries is pleased to announce the induction of William "Bill" Means and Henry Madden into its Hall of Fame for the year 2023. The bisco industries Hall of Fame was created to recognize outstanding performers that have positively impacted the development and success of the organization. 2023 marks the organization's third year of celebrating and inducting influential team members and leaders.

Candidates are nominated by bisco's voting committee comprised of members in upper management. To qualify as a candidate, one must have had a tenure of at least 10 years with the organization consistently showing a meaningful impact on bisco's growth and prosperity.

William "Bill" Means served as bisco's first Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Information Officer. His hard work laid the foundation for bisco's enterprise resource planning platform and the company's ability to manage and analyze the data it holds. In his 21 year tenure, Bill created over 4,000 programs that have impacted nearly every department within the organization. In addition to his numerous contributions to bisco, Bill also served in the United States Air Force as pilot under the call sign "Wild Willy".

During his 10 years with bisco industries, Henry Madden's performance and dedication to excellence in the role of Warehouse Manager set the bar for expectations in productivity and accountability for his department company-wide. He executed his work at a level of efficiency that became a cornerstone for department standards and bonus programs. Henry's work ethic inspired teammates around him and reinforced the company's ability to differentiate itself from competitors via customer service. After his time with bisco, the Henry Madden Award was create to recognize distribution centers achieving excellent performance.

bisco's Hall of Fame was established in 2021 with its inaugural inductees Glen Ceiley and Bobbie Ceiley. Last year, Director of Marketing Fred Manna and salesperson Natalie Hall were inducted. Bisco celebrated 50 years of success in 2023, years to come bisco anticipates recognizing several more team members for their positive impact to the organization.
