In his 21 year tenure, Bill created over 4,000 programs that have impacted nearly every department within the organization. In addition to his numerous contributions to bisco, Bill also served in the United States Air Force as pilot under the call sign "Wild Willy". During his 10 years with bisco industries, Henry Madden's performance and dedication to excellence in the role of Warehouse Manager set the bar for expectations in productivity and accountability for his department company-wide. He executed his work at a level of efficiency that became a cornerstone for department standards and bonus programs. Henry's work ethic inspired teammates around him and reinforced the company's ability to differentiate itself from competitors via customer service.
