Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) or Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that aim to create a diverse and inclusive work environment aligned with the organizations they serve. These groups are typically led and participated in by employees who share common characteristics such as gender, ethnicity, lifestyle, or interests. ERG/BRG programs provide a platform for employees to connect, support one another, and foster a sense of belonging within their community.
