As an ambassador, Michael will continue to represent PTPN as well as its partner, Confluent Health, with the same level of passion and commitment that he has demonstrated as CEO. In this role, he will work to build relationships and strengthen the organizations' reputation in the industry. As Michael completes his transition, Stevyn Voyles is stepping into the role of PTPN CEO. Stevyn has been the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for PTPN since January 2021. During the last two and a half years, she has successfully pursued reimbursement increases with various payers, transitioned PTPN's position on outcomes measurement and data collection utilizing Keet Health, and streamlined provider credentialing. Additionally, she has kept members abreast of legislative changes, Medicare, public health emergency, human resources, compliance, and more. Behind the scenes, PTPN has and is undergoing many changes to modernize operation, improve efficiencies, and develop tools & resources for PTPN members to be industry leaders. "I worked closely with Stevyn for decades in her role as COO of Progressive Physical Therapy before she joined PTPN, and I am confident that she will continue to deliver value to members, payers, and partners," Weinper said. "In addition, I'm leaving PTPN in the hands of its extraordinary team of employees, a group of dedicated and hardworking professionals that it has been my extreme pleasure to know and lead for many years," he added. "In fact, the average tenure of a PTPN employee is nearly 15 years, and this level of commitment will continue to serve our members and partners well going forward."
