Cleveland Collaborates for an Unforgettable Esports Experience

CLEVELAND - July 25, 2023 - PRLog -- The City of Cleveland, Cleveland State University, and the Cavaliers' Legion have joined forces in an unprecedented partnership powered by EsportScholar to deliver an extraordinary Summer Learning program in the exciting realm of Esports. This immersive experience aims to empower young minds and foster a love for education through the power of gaming.

Eight prominent locations across Cleveland, including Parks & Recreation centers, Libraries, and School District groups, will host this innovative initiative. From June 12th to August 18th, students on Summer break aged 13 to 17 will showcase their skills in four game titles: Overwatch, Rocket League, League of Legends, and Fortnite.

EsportScholar (https://www.esportscholar.com/), an organization dedicated to cultivating esports talent and promoting academic success, will provide game specific coaching, expert instruction, and competition facilitation to participating groups each weekday. To ensure the ultimate gaming experience, EsportScholar has equipped locations with 60 custom-built PCs and top-of-the-line gaming equipment, enabling participants to unleash their full potential.
