Controversial Book "Secret Origins of Black Americans" Challenges Educators to Teach the Truth

LOS ANGELES - July 26, 2023 - PRLog -- A DeKalb County School District student read a rarely mentioned historical quote. The Statue of Liberty was a gift from France to celebrate the Civil War victory. The broken chains around the feet symbolize the end of slavery. Years later, a sonnet rebranded Lady Liberty as a warm welcome to immigrants.

Rebranded narratives and suppressed facts erased Black Americans from history.

The goal of "The Secret Origins of Black Americans" is to combat Eurocentric teaching and Afrocentric overcorrection. The work is globally researched and backed by archival records.
