Jim Pennewill Named VP & COO by Benepath Inc

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. - July 27, 2023 - PRLog -- Pennewill joined the team in the company's 2nd year, working with Clelland Green in 2008 to bring a dream of a better leadgen company to life. Now as VP & COO Pennewill has a new goal: working to realize the company's long term vision by spearheading the development and launch of new products and technologies.

Pennewill, who brings a passion for marketing to his role, was instrumental in getting the business off the ground 15 years ago. At that point, the father of two had been laid off, and looking for work in advertising, but was finding very few available opportunities due to the recession. At the same time, President and CEO Clelland Green just relaunched Benepath as an exclusive lead company. Because they worked together previously, Green was thrilled to offer Pennewill the opportunity to join him in building Benepath.

"I always knew Jim would be able to help push my vision to the next level. When he called me, I had the mixed emotion of feeling bad that he'd lost his job and being excited that we could work together again. He has a way of anticipating customer needs, and marketing to them in a way that really draws them in," said Green.

Pennewill was intrigued by the offer but knew there were no guarantees when it came to a start-up. He knew he had a decision to make: he could continue searching for a more stable position, which is what many heads of household would call the safer path for a new family, or he could team up with Green and take a risk on a brand new company. As soon as he took the leap and started working on the company Pennewill, with his true entrepreneurial spirit, knew it was the right choice.

While helping Benepath grow in its early years, Pennewill found his true calling: helping lead a small business that is focused 100% on people. He knew this is what would make Benepath stand out from the competition.

Beyond working with people, Pennewill says that the combination of analytics and creativity in campaign management, as well as the brand building component of his job, are his favorite parts of working with Benepath. With this new title he hopes to continue to build a team of innovative people that can bring new technology and marketing strategies to life.
